职位描述：

1、Provide support to The Regional Investigation Manager (APJ) on anti-counterfeiting

program with key functions including, but not limited to, data collation, analysis, and

intelligence database and information systems management.

2、Maintain and utilize information from the available information management systems and

intelligence databases to maintain a detailed and accurate record of investigative activity.

Provide periodic reporting as required by the Regional Investigation Manager.

3、Provide back-up to the Regional Investigation Manager in monitoring enforcement actions

and attending LEA trainings as required.

4、Conduct brand protection related investigations and audits on behalf of HPE’s regional

brand protection programs.

5、Provide support to vendors and LEA on authentication wherever necessary and manage

product samples from investigation and enforcement action.

岗位要求：

1、 IP Investigation and enforcement professional with at least 2 years related experience

(combined with IT background is preferred)
2、 Self-motivated and able to act independently and responsibly demonstrating sound and

ethical judgment
3、 Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin) is a must
4、 Provides highly innovative solutions to complex problems
5、 Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure in complex situations and a good team

player
6、 Bachelor degree or equivalent in professional experience and qualifications
