Position Summary:
The incumbent will be responsible for planning, organizing, and facilitating a wide range of training activities.
Duties and Responsibilities
I. Training Development
? Communicate with employers to find the training need
? Assist in training need analysis and formulating training plan
? Deliver high quality training courses. Develop training materials and courses based on the competency model.
? Coordinate with internal and external trainers to implement all training programs according to approved training plan.
II. Training Evaluating and Improvement
? Follow up the training result.
? Visit the field regularly.
? Review training evaluation of participants and implement recommendations for continuous improvement.
III. Training Document
? Maintain and update training database. Maintain all the training records and materials for future reference.
Qualifications (Knowledge, Ability, and Skill Requirements)
? Bachelor degree or above.
? 5 or more years’ experience in sales position in multinational pharmaceutical company. Sales management experience is preferred.
? Fluent in English, both written and spoken
? Proficient in Microsoft Office
? Strong verbal and communication skills
? Good planning skills
