This position is for Novo Nordisk R&D center.

Responsibilities:
• Implement SPR and other real time label free biophysical technologies to provide affinity, specificity and kinetic data for protein/protein interactions
• Build a high throughput protein/protein interaction screening platform
• Establish and develop protein/protein interaction analysis to support protein characterization as well as drug target and lead selection
• Work closely with cross functional team members to provide scientific expertise and insights

Qualifications:
• Ph.D. in biophysics, biochemistry, protein chemistry or related fields with >2yrs of postdoc training or industrial working experience
• Excellent working knowledge and solid expertise in using Biacore/SPR or related platforms across a broad range of assays to characterize protein/protein interaction
• Deep understanding of protein/protein interactions as well as proteins and their biochemical and biophysical properties
• Experience with microarray and other protein-protein interaction technologies is a plus
• Proactive and collaborative to work in a dynamic, innovative, and interdependent research environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential
