Main job tasks:
Manage the forecasting and demand Management function to ensure inventories are kept under a reasonable level with low scrapping and stock out cost
-Lead and manage Demand Review as part of the monthly Sales and Operations Planning process.
-Review the monthly inventory data, realized ex-L1 data, forecasting data and Co-ordinate the preparation of accurate sales forecasts on a rolling monthly basis.
-Coordinate the sales forecasting AB/RE2 budgeting process and reach consensus among sales, marketing and finance.
-Monitor sales orders received to ensure that actual orders match the sales forecast, report sales status to management and deviation.
-Collaborate with Production site, Sales, Marketing& Finance to assess the impact of changes in the market and propose suggestions of production plan to production sites.
-Monitors supply and demand imbalances and communicates/escalates when appropriate, take necessary actions for the goods with high/low inventory and short expiry date.
-Identify continuous improvement opportunities in forecasting, planning and execution of the demand/supply plan by best utilization of IT systems and other tools.

Ensure a smooth supply chain flow from global production sites to direct import customers in China
-Review the inventory monthly and propose order quantity to the customer and reach consensus
-Place the sales order in SAP and follow up the status with production site, Coordinate the L/C opening process, coordinate with HQ shipping&customer service function for the global shipment.
-Coordinate with the customer for the goods receiving and ensure AR is collected in due time.

Effective management of Supply chain Project and supply chain IT systems
-Being a member of the Risk management cross functional project responsible for pricing part update and review with the management
-Coordinate with RA and Tianjin production site for the license review and labeling update to ensure necessary stock available in the market.
-Review the legal requirement and corporate requirement of Cold chain, identify the weakness of current process and propose new structure of the future supply chain
-Ensure China launch of Tianjin filling plant product on time
-Coordinate with Region China business IT, HQ SAP solution center& end users for new functionalities and change requests of the supply chain IT system, improve the system performance and provide good support to the end users.
Deliver the budget volumes in cost, quality and time and at the same time meeting all corporate requirement, full compliance with Corporate standards and reporting procedures in the area of supply chain operations.
-Manage the domestic sales order implementation process, ensure goods delivered on time with good quality;
-Ensure logistic data entered in time and correctly in monthly closing
-Select the forwarder and periodically evaluate their performance; Make sure their service complies with Novo Nordisk requirement;
-Monitor the temperature in transportation and review the worst case study and improve the transportation package;
-Fully compliance with Sarbox requirement for sales process, support group internal audit and PWC audit

Effective management of Account receivable and control the credit risk at a reasonable level
-Establish credit policy& procedures and review periodically, AR AB/RE2 budget preparation and review with the top management
-Manage daily AR collection, sales order credit review, report to the finance VP and commercial VP for the credit exceeding orders and ensure the realized AR and DSO meet the balance scorecard KPI
-Use various tools and resources to do credit analysis, get update of the customer credit and control the credit risk
-Business Improvement of the AR collection and analysis process and Compliance with Sarbox and other finance requirement

Ensure team development and engagement (People Management)
-Responsible for hiring / termination of team members;
-Responsible for setting challenging goals for team members and making performance appraisal and giving necessary coaching to team members;
-Responsible for improving competencies of team members;
-Establish a good team-working spirit within the team

Qualifications:
•Above 10 years of relevant supply chain working experience and at least 5 years in managerial positions
•Working Experiences in reputable or sizeable MNC, pharmaceutical company is preferred
•Knowledge, understanding and application of supply chain with rich experience in demand planning, inventory management, warehousing, transportation and customer service.

Education:
•Bachelor degree in supply chain/logistics, economy, business or related area(master preferred)
•ISO certified lead auditor
