职位描述
Key areas of responsibility:
-Support regional sales organisation to achieve sales target
-Develop regional marketing plan according to regional market situation
-Act as a bridge between sales department and product management team in marketing department for communicating, implementing and monitoring of marketing strategies and activities
Main job tasks:
Support regional sales organization to achieve sales target:
-Provide product knowledge training and coaching to sales organization and ensure them have a clear understanding of the therapy area and treatment products
-Monitor the sales performance and competitive environment of the region to identify business opportunities and threats in region and develop business plan to realise for supporting achievement of regional sales target
-Understand key customer needs and maintain good relationship with KOLs in region
Develop regional marketing plan according to regional market situation:
-Prepare regional market analysis to identify business opportunities and threats
-Develop regional marketing plan with clear objectives, goals and KPIs for the marketing activities
-Manage promotional expenses of regional activities to ensure compliance with annual promotional budgets
-Communicate and monitor sales organization for the implementation of regional marketing activities to ensure meeting of business objectives
Act as a bridge between sales department and product management team in marketing department for communicating, implementing and monitoring of marketing strategies and activities:
-Ensure effective communication and strong collaboration with all mangers in business region
-As a member in the regional sales management team, attend sales meetings in region and provide inputs for improving business performance
-Provide timely monthly plan and report to both line manager and regional business manager
-Collect and analyze all relevant market (customers, competitors, etc.) information, provide inputs feedback to product managers in HQ for developing national marketing strategies

Qualifications:
(minimum requirements)
-Basic understanding of market, product knowledges and key customers
-Basic knowledges in developing marketing plan and strategy
-Good project management skill
-Good communication skill
-Good team player
-Good computer skill, including word/excel/powerpoint
Education:
-Relevant graduate level degree, e.g. Medical, Pharmacy, Science or Business Administration
Professional experience:
-Minimum 2 years sales experience in pharmaceutical industry or related industry
