职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage ITC Network Infrastructure in order to meet business and KONE IT requirements
2. Collect and analyze information regarding the ITC environment taking into account business requirements to formulate the scope and objectives
3. Work with outsourcing partners to achieve agreed objectives and SLA compliancy
4. Perform troubleshooting of complex network issues
5. Support Operations and Projects impacting network - advise, resolve issues, assist in planning, raise concerns to management
6. Manage simple projects – define detail technical tasks and sequence, outline required testing

Job Requirements:
1. Robust knowledge from LAN, WLAN and WAN technology domains
2. Engineer degree in IT/Computer science with 3 years’ experience
3. Cisco CCNA or similar data communication certification
4. Mobile networking experience
5. Understanding of application performance
6. Experience in managing projects
7. Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
8. Excellent collaboration and persuasion skills
9. Excellent English skills (both verbal and written)
10. Analytical, detailed oriented and persistent mindset
11. Experience in working in a cross-cultural virtual environment with numerous stakeholders 举报 分享
