职位描述：
1. Mission

The Buyer reports to a Category Buying Engineer of Dragon Sourcing. He/She is responsible for supporting the work of the Category Buying Engineer to which he/she reports.

2.Tasks description

1) Support the Graphite/Anthracite QC work
- sampling and visual inspection of a batch
- Samples analysis
- Analysis results translated and transmitted to client for approval

2) Support Chinese sourcing work
- Support Strategic Sourcing project using Dragon Sourcing methodology and templates, i.e.:
- Screen and pre-select potential suppliers through a Request For Information in order to establish shortlist of suppliers to include in RFP process
- Conduct supplier quality assessments (ISO,…)
- Build Request For Proposals to short listed suppliers
- Analyze supplier responses to RFPs and develop negotiation strategies
- Support fact based negotiations with suppliers
- Participate in recommendations about which supplier(s) to select
- Support development of detailed Chinese supplier re-sourcing plan
- Communicate effectively with European Dragon Sourcing and client team to ensure buy-in throughout the entire sourcing process

Qualifications:

1) Academic background: University degree, preferably in engineering and/or business administration, economics or other relevant discipline
2) A recognized qualification in procurement would be considered an asset
3) Experience: Some professional experience (1-2 years) in procurement or other related supply chain positions, specialty in Graphite, Anthracite and other mineral commodities will be considered as an advantage
4) Language skills: Proficiency in English essential. Working proficiency in French is also an asset
5) PC skills: High proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, Word
