? Ensure HR Practice in line with Business Strategy and Company HR Strategy; support business to achieve the target.
? Support HR Manager for additional HR projects and tasks.
? Provides line managers with consultancy and advice on HR issues;
? Understands business structure and helps line managers to build up the human capability to meet the mid-to-long term business needs;
? Translates the company business strategy into HR practice;
? Acts as strategic HR Partner by embedding HR strategy and providing professional HR support and advice;
? Builds up talent pipeline through systematic talent identity, assessment, development;
? Retains and develops company key position holders and key talents with support of business managers;
? Provides support for employee relation issues in the responsible business unit;
? Actively involves and supports company HRBP to continuous improve and develop positive/ cooperative working environment and effective organization.
? Bachelor degree or above;
? Above 5 years HR experience;
? Fluent English in oral and written;
? Good interpersonal skills,
? Good communication skill, good team work spirit;
? Self-driven, has good business acumen;
? Ability to work under pressure;
? A trustworthy person of integrity.
