Validation Engineer 验证工程师

Job Description 岗位描述

1. Analyzing customer functional test requirements, create corresponding test cases and sequences of BCM projects

分析客户的功能测试要求，创建BCM项目的相应测试用例及序列。

2. create and manage the validation test documentation according to customer & Hella requirements

根据客户与海拉内部要求，创建和管理相应的测试文档

3. Create test cases and test sequences for the stress tests and durability/environmental tests

创建应力、耐久和环境测试相关测试用例

4. performing the qualifying tests, Test the found and fixed faults, fault documentation, result documentation

完成测试，分析错误原因，并编写相应的失效报告，测试报告

5. support with fault analysis at all stages of product life cycle ( proto/samples/ validation/ analysis/ complaints ...)

产品周期各阶段验证（原型/样品/验证/分析/投诉等）

6. If necessary on site test support at customer

如有需要，协助客户进行驻场测试

7. permanent coordination with project manager and development team

项目经理及开发团队的长期协调

8. Coordinate all testing Activities for BCM projects in Lab

实验室内部所有BCM相关测试协调

9. permanently improve and develop the test methods and test tools for BCM in Hella Shanghai test Lab

海拉电子实验室内部BCM相关测试方法测试设备的长期完善和开发

10. other job assigned by Department Manager

Necessary requirements 任职资格

1. University degree in Electronics Engineering

电子相关专业本科学历及以上

2. 3 years of experience in testing activity of Automotive Electronics products, Body Control Module, Comfort control units, or similar ECUs

BCM, CCU或类似ECU相关测试经验

3. Deep Knowledge of Automotive Electronics testing: customer requirements, testing strategy, testing documentation,

深度理解汽车电子测试：客户需求，测试策略，测试文档

4. Advanced Knowledge of Requirements management

深度理解需求管理

5. Knowledge of FMEA, knowledge of Failure analysis in complex electronics products

了解复杂电子产品的FMEA,失效分析

6. Familiar with communication protocols and busses of the Automotive world ( CAN, LIN, flexray, MOST, ...) and related tools

熟悉汽车行业通讯总线协议（CAN,LIN,FlexRay,MOST,…）及相关测试工具

7. Familiar with C Language, Test case definition and programming, Test management, ...

熟悉C语言，能够自定义测试内容，编写程序并完成相应的测试管理工作

8. Fluent English, both oral and written

英语读写熟练
