Job title: Communication Specialist
Title/Position: Media Communication Specialist 市场传播专员-媒体/官网
Reporting to: Communication Manager 市场传播经理

Mission：As part of Communication team, the role will involve collaborating with various business and divisional groups to develop and implement effective communications news publishing and website related to improve the brand awareness for supporting the company's objectives in China.

The job content shows below:工作内容如下：

1. Develop and implement advertising plan 、 media plan、PR activity （including CSR ） based on the needs from business team
根据业务发展要求设计并执行广告及媒体宣传及公关活动(含公益活动)计划。
2. Create, review and rewrite text for all the external and internal communication materials such as press release, company brochure, presentations, customer magazine, internal newsletters, email bulletins and posters。
负责所有文案的撰写，如新闻稿，内部新闻，公司样本，演讲文件，客户杂志，内部简讯，活动宣传及海报
3. Build and develop relationship with trade media, association to optimize brand/product exposure, sensitive to PR crisis and other incident issues
与行业媒体、协会建立联系并维护关系，尽最大限度的提升品牌知名度，同时负责公关危机及各种信息的发布。
4. Design and maintain the CR Great China website content, including Baidu search engine optimization
负责官方网站的维护，信息更新及搜索引擎，媒体检测渠道的优化。
5. Assist to optimize social media platforms including but not limited to WeChat and Weibo to enhance Atlas Copco’s image in China
同时辅助各种媒体的发布，如微信，微博及其它在市场上有影响力的社交媒体。
6. Provide guidance on brand implementation everywhere according to the group brand manual，such as : Brochure, give ways, distributor related etc.
 负责品牌形象的指导及相关宣传物的制作，确保一切对内/外发布的资料文字等严格遵守品牌使用手册。如样本，礼品,代理商活动等等。
7. Some event organization related suoport, such as PR, campaign, product launches, seminar etc.
 同时负责一些公关及品牌活动，如媒体公关活动，产品发布会，研讨会，代理商活动支持等。
8. Brand survey design and execution and other tasks arranged by manager
  品牌调研活动的设计、执行以及其它上层安排的工作


Qualification需求 ：
University degree or above本科及以上学历，从事传媒，新闻，记者，语言等专业。
Over 3 years working experience in communication, journalism ,PR company，journalist and other related communication background； 3年以上传播行业相关背景，如公关公司，媒体行业 ，其它企业类似岗位。

Knowledge知识技能
1. .Extremely strong writing skills in Chinese and English优秀的英文书写及口语能力
2. Should be familiar with working with a PC and able to use basic software's PPT, Excel. Adobe InDesign and Photoshop懂得电脑的使用，并且懂得绘图设计软件的运用，如Excel，PPT，Adobe，Photoshop ,
3.Social media master and own individual followers精通社交媒体的使用
