Role Purpose：
? Help manage the categories of Marketing & Sales Services incl. event, marketing research, gift, printing etc.
? Support business needs in different department, such as IT, BD and Medical.
? Help manage the vendor pool and procurement policy as a leader.
Main Responsibilities Governance
? Maintain and implement the category strategy of Marketing & Sales Services.
? Well maintain current vendor pool
? Accountable for supplier relationship management
? Full understanding & compliance with Chiesi policy and act as internal “consultant” for stakeholders when there is uncertainty or mis-behavior related to Procurement policy/process
Qualifications/Requirements:
? Minimum bachelor degree
? Knowledge of procurement or finance, SAP or Oracle
? knowing of strategic category management and sourcing achievements
? At least 1 years relevant experience preferred
? Good command of English (written and spoken)
? Knowledge of PC (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT)
? Self-motivated
? Interpersonal communication skill
? Team player
