Principal Accountabilities:
? Sales force product & application training: obtain high level of product & application knowledge assimilated by Sales Force trough proper training management & organization. And deliver training courses according to needs related to Sales Force Training and Distributor Training.
? Design & adapt standardized training process to regional market needs: provide Sales Force with adapted training programs along their Career.
? Manage e-learning courses and make Chinese version, provide on line and digital training for sales force.
? Manage training material, Product Demo bags, Clinical papers, Role-plays, competitive material, etc for the Sales Training Course.
? Support SI related product marketing and procedure marketing for Surgical intelligence.
Experience:
? 2-3 years & more of sales experience required
? Energy based devices sales experience preferred
? A business related tertiary educational qualification is preferred (Bioengineering background)
? Work with a high level of autonomy
? Demonstrated training program development, training needs analysis
? Proven planning and project implement skills
Education:
? Bachelor degree is required
? Bioengineering background preferred.
? Medical background preferred.
