职位描述：
Follow National quality related legal, regulations, Syngenta quality standards/CoP to carry out production quality control operation and environment samples testing.
Comply with Syngenta HSE policy & standard and lab HSE requirements and actively participate in various planned EMS drill of HSE.
Understand & follow QMS requirements to ensure quality control activities implementation well.
Carry out raw material incoming inspection, intermediates, in process samples, final products and environment samples testing according to testing schedule.
Follow lab SOPs and guidance to provide accurate analytical data to products, intermediates, in-process samples, raw materials and environment samples.
Provide timely and accurate analytical reports by following products, intermediates, in-process samples, raw materials and environment samples' quality release specifications.
Record, upload and save analytical data in place as lab SOP's requirements.
Record and report any deviation/unqualified findings in order to let team to find root cause and solutions.
Carry out routine maintenance, calibration and troubleshooting on lab analytical instruments.
Carry out chemical test solution and reference solution preparation and ensure them used in the period. Ensure reagents and consumables under control well.
Understanding on RI risk management and can provide sufficient RI analytical support to product changeover.
Provide analytical supports to process improvement & process study.
Provide analytical supports to anti-fake, supply operation and product registration.
Carry out the sample retained operation of raw materials, in-process samples, intermediates and products as requirements.
Carry out validation & application for new analytical methods & technologies. 举报 分享
