The team’s focus is to support Alibaba Group Big Data business, is currently responsible for the operation of both online and offline services development, and secures the data services’ development and maintenance of the entire Alibaba Group

1、负责阿里巴巴大数据运维平台的生产效率提升和优化，通过挖掘大数据平台产生的系统数据来提升软件服务可靠性以及团队运转效率。同时解决规模化运维后对资源、成本的更细粒度控制和优化，提升产品稳定性和可运维性，提升部门之间协作效率和服务质量，创造大数据运营品牌。
2、 利用挖掘分析大量运维数据，发现系统可优化点，跨团队推动技术架构演进，以数据推动架构优化、用户体验优化，为运维决策和方向提供重要的数据支撑，提升云计算时代大数据平台建设质量。
3、利用数据报表的形式进行记录、查询、展示等，将生产运作范围内的业务工作通过完善的数据统计、数据分析体系进行明确计量、科学分析，从而为管理者提供准确详实的业务状况。

1. Responsible for the production efficiency improvement and optimization of the Alibaba Group big data operation platform. Leverage the data mining technology on collected system data of the big data platform, to improve the operating platform’s reliability and team operating efficiency. Meantime, to solve the problem in management and optimization of the resources & cost with fine granularity for the extremely scaled operating platform, to improve the stability and operability of the products. At last but not least, to improve efficiency of cross-team collaboration and service quality, to establish the big data operation brands brand.
2. Use data mining and analysis technology on big volume of system operation and maintenance data, to optimize the operation system, and to promote the technical architecture evolution across teams. Data-driven improvement on system architecture and user experience. Use data to support the operation decision-making and strategy, improve the construction quality of the big data platform in the cloud computing era.
3. Provide the data report by collecting data, inquiry data, visualize data, etc. Provides the clear measurement and scientific analysis on the production operation data by leverage the comprehensive data statistics and data analysis system, therefore visioning the accurate and detailed business status to the management team.

1、 熟悉hadoop/hbase/storm/spark等分布式计算技术，熟悉其运行机制和体系结构。
2、 三年以上大型系统架构经验，熟悉大型互联网企业运维架构解决方案者优先。
3、 思路清晰，对数据敏感，有良好的沟通表达能力和跨团队协调能力，有一定的技术团队管理经验，乐于寻求挑战和突破自我。
4、 有一定的数据分析和挖掘能力，能从海量数据提炼核心结果，及时发现和分析其中隐含的变化和问题，有数据分析、挖掘、清洗和建模的经验优先。
5、 能够通过数据化运营发现、分析问题和优化流程，推动运维自动化，提升团队运转效率。有互联网生产系统运营经验者更佳。
6、具备清晰的策划思路，良好的沟通能力以及团队协调能力。

1. Familiar with operating mechanism and architecture of the distributed computing technologies, such as Hadoop/HBase /Storm/Spark.
2. At least 3 years of experience in large-scale system architecture.Familiar with the operation and maintenance of large Internet companies’ architecture solution is preferred.
3. Clear thinking and data sensitive, have good communication skills and cross-team collaboration. Have certain level of technical team management experience, looking for challenges and willing to self-breakthrough.
4. Have certain capabilities of data mining and analysis. Have ability to extract the key results from large scale of data, to find and analyze the implicit changes and problems in the system. Have experience in data mining, data analysis, data cleaning and data modeling is preferred.
5. Ability to discovery, analyzes and solve the problems in data-driving operation, and improve the process. Promote the automation of operation and maintenance. Have production experience in Internet operation system is preferred.
6. Have clear strategy thinking and stills of team coordination. 举报 分享
