职位描述：
Job Title: Formulator
Department: PRD Dept.
Job Summary:
This role will support a number of programs involving the development of high performance formulation development. The position will be responsible for designing and performing hands-on experiments to meet specific application and performance goals.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the technical expert to lead the formulation group
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects independently and/or coordinate activities with team members
Understand relationship between chemical structure of raw materials and final system properties
Contribute to problem solving efforts related to new and existing formulation systems
Deliver high quality results on time
Stay up to date with customer needs, industry trends, and state of the art technology
Communicate externally to build strong supplier and customer relationships
Requirements:
BS or MS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or related discipline
At least four years of practical, hands-on experience in coatings and or material design, formulation (waterborne, solvent-borne, epoxies, urethanes, and novel systems), application, and characterization
Fluent in English oral and written communication
Strong investigative, analytical, and problem solving skills
Proficiency with statistical design of experiments and analysis of experimental data
Experience in business development and proposal writing is a plus 举报 分享
