职位描述：
Job Title: EHS Specialist
Department: EHS Dept.
Job Summary:
This Role will deal with a wide variety of people and personalities with tact, courtesy and professionalism across multiple business units, including but not limited to other employees, all levels of management, vendors and customers.Coordinate and conduct field environment. Health and safety compliance audits at company owned and/or operated facilities to confirm compliance with State and Local regulations, and Company policies.
Responsibilities:
Assist EHS supervisor to prepare audit reports, including documentation and tracking of findings to completion.
Handle and investigate work injury accidents.
Routine inspection and annual evaluation of fire protection system in the plant, and manage quarterly fire drills.
Management of plant’s Access Control system.
Provide safety trainings to contractors, vendors and visitors.
Monitor proper discharge of waste water and ensure local waste water discharging codes are met.
Establish waste management procedures, and manage plant’s waste classification, storage, transportation and disposal.
Manage hazardous chemicals.
Manage plant’s pest control program.
Supervise specialty equipment operation from safety point of view, and ensure that specialty equipment operators meet safety and related regulations.
Handle plant’s Emergency accidents such as flood, fire, earthquake and so on.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental, Safety, or related discipline.
2 years related work experience.
Advanced proficiency level with Microsoft applications and database software, specifically including but not limited to: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
Excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary, including interaction with employees and all levels of management.
Must be able to successfully manage multiple tasks with strict and sometimes simultaneous deadlines.
Must be a team player who is able to work within a group, take direction from supervisor(s), adhere to required work schedules, exhibit excellent follow-through, focus attention on details, and follow work rules. 举报 分享
