The role of the Human Resources Assistant is to support C&B Department in the day-to-day C&B management, in accordance with the Group's human resources policies and procedures. The main missions of the role are to:
1 Assist C&B team in personnel administration, implementation of C&B policies and their follow-up
2 Proceed the mandatory social benefit elements in a way compliant with the regulations
3 Make good archiving and documentation related to C&B
4 Make monthly reports requested by C&B
5 Organize company activities, such as birthday party and so on.
6 Prepare the namelist to relate department from HRIS monthly.
7 Provide support on various benefit program execution
8 Other related C&B activities.

Qualifications :
1 Bachelor's Degree with a specialisation in HR
2 Above one year working experience in the HR function within a manufacturing environment
3 Customer oriented and teamwork
4 Good interpersonal skills
5 Minimum bi-lingual (English required) 举报 分享
