岗位职责:

1. Execute store managements & new stores opening recruitment according to store operations requirement.
2. Fully support store operation to solve HR issue with HR professional knowledge
3. Participate in HR projects
4. Ensure smooth and sufficient internal communication with store operation team.
5. Identify training needs and support to implement training plan in store operation.
6. Help with HO HR team to release related policy/enforcement and well communication with store operation

任职资格:

University Degree will be preferred
More than 2 years store recruitment experience in retail industry
LANGUAGE (language, level of proficiency) :
Must be fluent in English and Mandarin
Microsoft Office
