Mission

To continuously improve on operation process management to achieve better customer satisfaction and service operational efficiency

Job description

Define key indicates of service operation processes and collect related data

Analyze relevant measurement data to assist operation managers to find problems in the process and provide solution

Provide suggestion on process improvement about manpower, vehicles, tools and other resources in each service area based on data analysis

Based on local service operations process management needs coordinate with CTS division process team to develop the database, responsible for database maintenance, implementation and promotion

Responsible for the project localization, which led by CTS Division

Focus on project promotion and tracking for service efficiency and customer satisfaction further improvement

Other work assigned by manager

Experience

3 years above experience of aftermarket operations

Educational requirements

Bachelor or above degree, major in machinery or automation technology
