Position Description:
1.Support General Manager to drive high-level business analysis, market research, prepare statistical reports 2.Lead the Business Management System of General Manager, drive interaction with both internal and external partners, as well as customers, to coordinate a variety of complex management meetings
3.Coordinate cross-functional interfaces of the Business Unit level in cooperation with related BUs, sales regions, and corporate teams.
4.Prepare and conceptualize selected topics for the above mentioned areas, create presentations, speeches, workshops and meeting material.
5.Monitor and / or lead selected projects, reports and other critical issues in the relevant areas in regards to quality, quantity, time, budget, etc., support General Manager on strategic project management


Position Requirements:
1.Native Chinese with bachelor and/or master degree, MBA as advantage
2.Minimum of 7 years related experience, with at least 3 years in Business Development/Project Development/Project Management/Sales/Marketing in a multinational company
3.Strategic view on market development, keen business sense, outstanding interpersonal skills, strong people management and leadership skills
4.Professional oral and written communications skills both in English and in Chinese
5.High level organizational and planning skills, judgment and decision-making ability, attention to detail, accuracy and flexibility
