Job Responsibilities:

• Wins, develops and retains school clients through regular visits, info meetings, staff training and effective customer management.
• Effectively manages time through correct use of the agenda and plans travel to maximise selling time
• Identifies the potential value of customers, presents EF Language Travel product, services and key selling points to every customer and provides an appropriate proposal
• Maintains a close relationship with other key functional teams, delivers necessary in school activities, add-value service and follow-ups.
• Grows sales and achieves sales target through good relationship with school clients, effective seminars in school and individual customer follow-ups.
• Maintains and ensure high customer satisfaction rate by delivering good after-sale service from visa process to pre-departure arrangement.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor degree with 3 years’ experience of working within a professional services environment, preferably relating to education industry.
• Results driven with a track record of achieving sales targets in a business to business sales background.
• Strong business acumen with top level presentation and negotiation skills.
• Can represent the Company at senior level with customers.
• Well-developed project management skills and the ability to manage conflicting timescales and priorities.
• Persistence with a consistently positive attitude and "can do" approach as well as being able to work well on own initiative and also as part of a wider team.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills. Study aboard experience will be a plus.
• The frequent travel is required.
