- For our Healthcare Sector in Guangzhou, we are looking for a Customer Application Specialist at the earliest opportunity.

What are my responsibilities?
- Efficient and effective completion of instrument installations at customer sites.
- Carry out troubleshooting and complaint handling, fixing incidents with optimized costs and quality.
- Ensure that all customers are adequately trained on instrumentation. Ensure that customer software is updated timely if new software versions are released permanently improving the quality of our services.
- Operation and recording by following Field Service SOP/EHS, centralizing and archiving technical documentation.
- Keep up to date on laboratory technology where relevant, monitoring tools and techniques of competition in client labs, taking part in seminars, congresses or lecture, where appropriate.
- Providing introduction of new tests and instruments to promote reagents.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- A degree in Technology (Medical Technology), laboratory Medical, major in Immunochemistry, Microbiology, Clinical Chemistry, Diagnostics.
- Good experience in Service within diagnositcs industry. Adequate knowledge about diagnostics products and its major feastures, applications and advantages. Excellent project management experience and proven success record.
- Good language skills incl. Chinese and English. Can work well with staff and customers from diversifed backgrounds.
- Good cooperation and coordination abilities. Excel under pressure.
