CTS Product Specialist – Parts


Mission
-Align within China CTS sales & marketing strategy, make sure that our strategy and product offer is well communicated and understood

Job description
Manage and support product implementation
- Support to segment customer & plot products
- Parts business model development & standardization
- Promote new products & Non-AC business
- Support on training of improving product knowledge, application knowledge, sales -arguments and competitor information.

Support to climb the service ladder
- Support sales manager to define the regional strategy
- Support sales manager on market analysis
- Support sales engineer in whole sales process of target product



Experience requirements
- At least 2 years sales experience
- Understanding about distributors business is a plus

Knowledge
- Fluent both in written and oral English & Chinese.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Power Point, experience in IBM Lotus Notes applications

Educational requirements
-Bachelor degree - technically or commercially oriented or equivalent experience

Personality requirements
-Pro-active with good interpersonal skills, good communication and people oriented.
- Customer oriented and result driven.
- Innovation spirit, think in different way
- Willing to travel
