Position Description:
Leading NECPC SW Planning Team as people manager, reporting business status to Director.

The team’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Ownership of software planning for NECPC product, including Preload offering planning and Project Management
2. Communicate in Japanese/English with Cross Function teams(MKT, HW DEV, MFG) for Preload detail offerings including HW, OS, Driver, APP and Preload schedule
3. Deliver the marketing requirement to software integration team and ensure the software offering defined
4. Commit and Manage the software delivering schedule
5. Manage the SW related defects resolving and lesson learn driven
6. Prepare the documentation of project milestone and present in review meetings
7. Manage the Mfg and field issue in project lifecycle
8. Manage the plan change request in project lifecycle
9. Engagement in process improvement


Position Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree and above is required
2. 10 years and above experience in computer industry or related technical background required, Proficient in computer system structure, hardware & software management, PC operating system and computer network management technology (such as TCP/IP, VPN, servers, switches, routers, network maintenance and firewalls).
3. 5 years and above experience in software integration project manager
4. 5 years and above experience in software integration testing or debug
5. 5 years and above experience as people manager for development or project management department.
6. Proficient in spoken/written Japanese, Studying or working experience in Japanese is preferred.
7. Proficient English Skill in Written and Reading, understand world wide culture difference
8. Familiar with IOD is preferred
9. PMP Certified or LSS GB is preferred
10. Team Orientated and Self Motivated. Passionate and willing to succeed. Can work under pressure, advocate change and quick-learning.
11. Able to deal with conflict in a positive & constructive manner.
12. Demonstrated leadership and resource management experience .
