Position Description:
The ideal candidate will have a diverse range of experience in Windows desktop application & utility, service and driver development. Good communications skills in Japanese will be prefer.

1.Design and Develop hardware concerned application & utility and corresponding drivers on Windows Platform;
2.Complete assigned tasks required by business on time and exhibit ownership of the assigned tasks, Such as: writing design document, implementing software features, function & system testing, defects fixing, etc..;
3.Actively communicate with world-wide teams to provide creative solutions that meet customer and marketing requirements;
4.Carry out production and technical pre-research;
5.Report solutions or projects status to PM and Managers or more high level management team
6.Participate in initiatives to drive efficiency and optimization such as Lean Six Sigma Relocation


Position Requirements:
1.BS and/or MS degree in computer science or equivalent;
2.Minimum 3 years’work experience;
3.Good command of C++/C/C#, With deep experience in Windows programming skills,including desktop and store development;
4.With understanding and experience in OOA/OOD/OOP, Design pattern and UML will be highly valued;
5. Good command of Japanese, both written and oral. Have work experience in Japan will be highly valued;
6.Teamwork spirit, Responsiveness, Self-Motivated.
