Mission
The responsibility of Business Intelligence Specialist is building up a high quality & transparent reporting & operational data platform for CTS business, aim to realize high efficient operational management and minimized admin manual work.

The successful candidate will join a highly motivated & professional team. This team aim to optimize CTS sales & operations process for China & South East Asia customer centers, which lead to the highest level of end customer satisfaction and operational efficiency as well.

Job Description
1.Data & Reporting platform (VisionAir) administration.
2.Master data daily update from ERP & other operational system in high quality by data interface creation.
3.Online reports/dashboards development in line with business requirement from customer centers.
4.Data analysis support for CTS business development.
5.Support other process optimization projects in the team.

Experience requirements
1. Experience of data warehouse or data management platform build up
2. Experience of enterprise management system (ERP, CRM, OA, etc) maintenance
3. Project leader or management experience is a plus.

Knowledge
Good command of English
Familiar with JAVA or J2EE development, experience in projects is necessary
Familiar with SQL Server
Knowledge of MicroStrategy is an advantage
Knowledge of SAP, BPCS or Scala is an advantage
College or above degree
