岗位职责:

? Design sketching and rendering for different design stages
? Concept generation on new toys design, create innovative product line with play patterns through team brainstorming sessions
? Provide control drawings, functional parameters, material selection and color specification
? Conduct quality control reviews/evaluation of pre-production and final product samples to meet creative and quality standards
? Communicate with engineers and vendors for in-depth product development

任职资格:

? Degree or Diploma in Product Design or related disciplines
? 3-6 years’ relevant experience in the toy design industry
? At least 2-3 years’ experience in Pre-school toys or educational toys or block build toys design
? Knowledge of electronic toys and hard plastic toys design is preferable
? Excellent product design sketching technique, and color-rendering skills
? Relevant knowledge/understanding of material, quality control and manufacturing techniques
? Proficiency in 2D design software (Photoshop, Illustrator)
? Proficiency in 3D software is preferable ( Solidworks or Rhino)
? Self-motivated, with strong commitment to the assigned task
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
? Good command of written and spoken English, able to communicate in Mandarin
? Occasional travel to China is required
