Responsibilities
1 Develop merchandising, space and display plan to support distribution objective, ensure quality execution for the best-in-class POS presence;
2 Input for yearly marketing activity calendar and resources development, facilitate execution of activities, ensure seamless execution of campaigns with maximum return on our POS investment;
3 Manage HQ and regional matrix, work closely with internal sales and HQ marketing team and develop promotion guidelines at various channel (retail) and customer level, bring ideas about trade specific and tailor-made promotions in line with brand and channel objectives, represent regional voice / input;
4 Lead and evaluate the result and efficiency of channel trade marketing activities;
5 POSM management and deployment;
6 Regular store check and reporting;
7 Competitor analysis and information collection.

Requirements

1 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
2 Above 5 years trade marketing working experience in FMCG company
3 Familiar with retail channel especially hyper-market
4 Effective data analysis skill and good at thinking
5 Strong communication skills
6 Native Chinese speaker with fluent English
7 Mature and independent, good problem solving skill, creative and result orientation
8 Strong communication skills both written and oral, in both Chinese and English
9 Strong people skills
10 Able to travel

Preferred
1 8+ years relevant experience
2 Marketing communication and planning experiences, including but not limited to
3 Marketing plan development
4 TV shopping
