Job Responsibilities:

1. Support applications according to our Service Level Agreements
2. Gather best practices to share amongst the team and other units/teams.
3. Analyze data processes within the IMT solution domain and with pear IT functions
4. Perform Mobile Device management:
5. APP / device / functional testing, tracking Mobile product releases
6. Understand the Contract with our suppliers
7. Propose the best hardware
8. Analyze business requirements.
9. Compile functional and technical specifications.
10. Develop solutions / applications or have them developed
11. Document and test applications
12. Roll applications out globally
13. Assist in analyzing and harmonizing business processes within the roll-out
14. Assist in estimating project costs for new development requests
15. The role will require good knowledge of KONE Delivery Process
16. Ensure that KONE and GD policies, procedures and processes are met

Job Requirements:

1. Experience in mobile applications(Android apps) and integration with SAP
2. Understand about cloud technology
3. Excellent knowledge of SAP PS/SD processes in a Front Line environment.
4. 2-3 years hands-on experience as a SAP Business Analyst in SAP PS/SD
5. Global project roll-out experience, preferably working very closely with the business and operations teams.
6. End user support experience
7. Strong experience of gathering and analyzing business requirements, and converting them into information technology specifications.
8. Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
9. Project management certification would be an asset.
10. Strong communication skills and sound analytical skills.
11. University degree in relevant technical field.
12. Fluent in English and Mandarin.
