Job Responsibilities:
1. Maintain complete picture of competitor elevator offering in China (including technical features), understand strengths and weaknesses vs KONE offering
2. Understand how key suppliers’ and competitors’ component technologies are developing, and how competitive KONE’s technologies are
3. Collect and prioritize product improvement feedback from KONE colleagues, partners, and customers across China
4. Maintain up-to-date and quantified priority list for elevator offering improvements (based on understanding of competitors, suppliers, and market needs), and based on this, propose concrete actions to improve KONE elevator offering
5. Work closely with KONE Greater China leadership, KONE offering management, and KONE R&D to influence product platform and component development, and shape content of new product releases
6. Implement KONE elevator releases in KONE China Frontline
7. Based on understanding of KONE and competitor products, compile clear and compelling sales argumentation for KONE sales personnel
8. Organize and deliver product trainings for KONE sales personnel and KONE partners across China
9. Support KONE branches with product knowledge in high-priority customer meetings and projects

Job Requirements:
1. Ability to gather information from multiple and uncertain sources, quantify and prioritize it, and turn it into concrete proposals
2. Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities, ability to define what analysis is needed to solve a given problem and independently proceed with analysis
3. Ability to build structurally clear and impactful PowerPoint presentations, including ones targeted for top management
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills to help build strong relationships with KONE colleagues, partners, and customers across China
5. Experience of leading and developing a team
6. At least bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferred), or finance / business
7. 7-10 years of past work experience, preferably from product management or development, elevator and escalator industry, or (management) consulting
8. Fluent English and Chinese communication skills
