Position Description:
1.ESC face into ODTs & PLMTs from Charter thru ramp to GA Volumes.
2.Represent the Program Master Schedule for ESC interlocking w/ Brand on necessary schedule tasks for the program phases and establish Program unique milestone and deliverables.
3.Bridge communications to WW Engineering, other ESC functions, Mfg Sites.
4.Communication of manufacturing dependencies to ODT.
5.New Product Introduction and execution of Site Manufacturing requirements.
6.New Product Introduction and execution of Supply/Demand/Scheduling processes.
7.Understanding and execution against ARM process and timing requirements.
8.Understanding and execution against unique requirements including order simulation, build ahead process setup and order drop.
9.Foster early involvement of Mfg team with ODT including Design for Supply Chain.
10.Risk Management/Mitigation.
11.Understanding and execution of System Unique Options processes.


Position Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above
2.Engineering background
3.Good communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
4.Be mature, can work hard under pressure and ready for any challenges acceptance
5.Full knowledge and applied experiences of professional project management methodologies
6.Good command of English Written and verbal communication skill
7.Excellent team work skill, innovation thinking and can foster relationships across Lenovo teams
8.Good Lenovo products and business operation process knowledge.
