PW-WTR Water

Essential Responsibilities

- Work closely with Sales team, external planning consultants or Design Institutes during planning or design stage to accomplish the following:
a.Identify key opportunities to incorporate GE Water NF/RO and Process Separation membrane technologies into the planning design
b.Use multiple GE Water & Process products and services to creatively solve customer problems and accomplish sustainable city design that Saves Energy and Reduces Discharge.
c.Generate integrated concept process designs incorporating multiple GE Water technologies and estimate total investment and operation costs.
d.Work with the Sales team to deliver GE Water Technology advantages and attractive ROI to the end customer.
e.Develop initial integrated solution to solve customer needs and assist Sales team to develop Level 1 Budgetary Proposal.
f.Develop and drive GRC regional NPIs in NF/RO and Process Separation applications and products.
g.Get/Analysis historical operating data from past applications as part of a life cycle design approach.
- Provide technical expertise/leadership to the commercial team.
- Attend and represent GE in seminars, conferences, regulatory, and other marketing events.
- Maintain focus on compliance in all business dealings; internally and externally.
- Key Performance Metric: 1) Successful spec in and selection of NF/RO and Process Separation membrane; 2) Process design and Practiced troubleshooting for NF/RO and Process Separation membrane and system; 3) New application of NF/RO and Process Separation.
- Any other tasks as directed by the direct manager.

Qualifications/Requirements

- 8 + years experiences in the water industry, technical or engineering
- 5 + years water membrane product, system design, and engineering experiences
- Master Degree in Chemical or Environmental Engineering
- Skilled spoken and written English language capabilities

Desired Characteristics

- 5 + years R&D, product application, process design and engineering experiences with NF/RO system
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work closely with multiple groups in the organizations
- >50% travel time
