Job Responsibilities:
- Trainer
1. Design generic training materials based on TNA / Business requirements.
2. Deliver generic training.
3. Support business functions to develop, upgrade training materials and provide progessional suggestions to function trainers to enhance training effectiveness.

- Learning Consultant
1. Independently develop proprosals of the competency development projects based on business & organization needs.
2. Manage/coordinate competency development projects/events and work on follow-up actions for continous improvements based on evaluation and observation.

- Training Coordinator
1. Facilitate key leadership program.
2. Support Competency Development Team in coordination and admin of various training programs when needed (preparation, communication, venue booking & setup, signin, evaluation and follow up activities and payment).
3. Maintains strong connections with other training and /or HR colleagues within KONE to share best practices and to understand current and future trends.
4. Other assigned works.

Job Requirements:
1. Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in Learning Management.
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Excellent oral and written English.
