职位描述
Responsibility:
? Act as the ambassador for Sony in the region towards our OEM customers’ and supplier partners
? Ensure seamless communications for your product line between our customer and various Sony departments such as Program Management, Operations, Logistics & Marketing
? Develop deep relationships with our OEM customer’s key purchasing, engineering and marketing leads
? Ensure effective supplier communications for commercial negotiation and contract agreements
? Single point of contact for customer account management, business development opportunities and initially Program Management
? Understand and communicate to the appropriate Sony teams customer program roadmaps, timing plans and system level requirements/documentation.
? Be the voice of the customer internally within Sony to enable business planning strategy.
? Be the single point customer interface for the receipt of RFQs, and return of quotations.
? Anticipate the issuing of RFQ's and manage internal and supplier resources for advanced preparation.
? Determine, communicate and resolve any hurdles that will influence the awarding of business to Sony.
? Finalize sourcing and commercial program agreements with program purchasing/commodity purchasing as required, ensuring internal and external alignment commercially and technically.
? Compile cost breakdowns and negotiate with cost estimators.
? Support operations manage customer receivables.
? Interface with key suppliers
? Manage current and future pricing
? Track product prices, quotes, volumes, tooling & ED&T
Requirement:
? Degree in Mechanical/Automotive/Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
? Working knowledge of the automotive multimedia markets, technologies, competitors, etc.
? Must have at least 5 years of experience in Automobile industry. Working experience in Automobile maker is preferred
? A proven record of business contract wins
? Automotive business to business sales, purchasing, or logistics experience
? Provide leadership in the planning of strategic business objectives
? Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally when required
? Extremely strong written English and verbal communication skills, along with excellent presentation skills
? The ability to work independently, prioritize duties and work within tight deadlines
? Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required
? Analytical skills
? Marketing experience a plus
? Additional languages a plus
