Business Segment
PW-PGS Power Generation Services
Essential Responsibilities
- Own the Sales, Margin and Orders Operating Plan for Power Generation Services (PGS) business for the assigned customer base in China
- Own the business relationship with assigned customers at all levels
- Understand customers’ CTQ’s and provide service solutions for the assigned customers from outages (parts, field services, repairs) to projects (value packs, long term services agreement)
- Own customer satisfaction and work with different departments in the business to drive solutions for product issues
- Own the entitlement process for an assigned set of turbine serial numbers (installed fleet)
- Identify opportunities to drive business growth in Gas Turbine market
- Understand and analyze market dynamics to recommend product strategy to leadership team.
Qualifications/Requirements
- BS Degree in Mechanical/Electric Engineering or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in industry-related equipment sales, services sales or application engineering
- Fluent in both English and Chinese.

- Demonstrated knowledge of power industry market, products and services
- Proven commercial and sales experiences in closing complex long-term contractual agreements, preferably in power industry
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to effectively lead multi-functional teams
- Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs
- High proficiency in utilizing analytical software and sales tools (Salesforce.com, Excel, etc.)
