Job Description:
- Be key member of project team, work effectively with teams across the R&D functions, be responsible for all elements of clinical study design, execution and reporting, ensuring that the most effective clinical plans are developed and implemented for projects and deliver the clinical studies within agreed timelines and budget;
- Coordinate with Contract Research Organisations (CROs), and other internal and external interfaces within the conduct of the clinical studies, manage and monitor clinical studies performed at external CROs;
- Provide input into the design of clinical studies to support claims/challenges or to assess novel personal care technologies, contribute to the development of novel protocols and techniques that deliver new value and insights from an awareness and understanding of developments in the wider Clinical areas, advanced measurement areas and the external world;
- Assure the handling and reporting of safety information in clinical studies according to regulatory requirements;
- The position reports to Clinical Science Area Leader.

Professional Skills:
- MD/PhD degree in dermatology, stomatology, epidemiology or biological sciences and relevant specialities, with a preference for clinical research experience in pharmaceutical, nutrition or personal care industry, or background in biostatistics;
- Or Master degree with at least 2 years of working/research experience in the above areas;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Proven ability to communicate in English;
- Strong sense of responsibility and dedication;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Teamwork spirit.
