Position Description:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related disciplines.
2. Minimum 8+ years of software engineering experience; among which, minimum 3+ years as an enterprise data architect.
3. Experience in people management with 5 staff member or more is preferred
4. Familiar with all aspects of Enterprise Information management, including Enterprise Data Integration, Enterprise Data Governance, Master Data Management, Data Migration, etc.
5. Must be visionary and practical/hands-on at the same time;
6. Expert knowledge and skills to build enterprise data governance and MDM platform and guideline;
7. demonstrated ability to apply application architectural disciplines to solve complex business problems at enterprise level
8. IT / Internet project management experience is a must
9. Strong understanding of implementation processes and best practices in enterprise data management architecture;
10. Good mentoring and coaching skills; able to educate people at various levels on good architectural practices to help establish and mature the enterprise architecture function.
11. Professional fluency in English is required

Position Requirements:
该职位需要支持联想国际化项目中数据迁移及数据集成工作，工作内容将涉及到项目管理、方案设计及实施，以及数据管理等方面工作。需要拥有相关基础知识和较好的沟通和项目管理能力。有可能需要阶段性出差以支持项目。
This position need to support Lenovo international project， in data migration and data integration area, working content will be involved in the project management, solution design and implementation, as well as data management tasks. Need to have relevant basic knowledge, good communication and learning ability. May need short term periodic travel to support projects.
