Position Description:
Job description of LI Expense reimbursement Manager (Band 8):


• Play as one of the Lenovo contact window to deal with Amex in regards to Amex card program
• Monitor employee reimbursement process and drive the improvements for better control and higher efficiencies.
• Provide supervision to individual employees within single functional or operational area, e.g. Account reconciliation, month-end closing, audit compliance …
• Build up and maintain good relationships with key business owners, provide professional & high quality accounting service to the business partner.
• People management include but not limit to team coaching, monitoring, talent development…
• Carry out any other assignments and project as assigned by the management team

Position Requirements:
Requirement :
• Bachelor degree or above
• 5+ years working experiences in finance/accounting area
• Good English skills, in terms of reading and writing.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.
