Job Purpose (State in one sentence the overall objective of the job)

Conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets through KA Management, promotion planning and execution and supervise and coordinate the activities of Retail Reps within a defined district.

Major Accountabilities (Describe the main results of the job to be achieved )

? Promote and sell OTC products and services within an assigned geographic area, key account, target/non-target pharmacy and sales assistant to meet or exceed sales targets.
? Key Account Management:
? Assist DSM on efficient management for territory key account including negotiation and follow up of agreement; promotion activity planning and execution; periodically business review with key account.
? Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and priorities
? Supervise the Retail representative’s performance and monitor sales KPI through co-visit, regular performance review and immediate feedback/coaching, assist DSM on team management and provide product training and best practice sharing among team.
? Assist Manager analyzing team data/report and schedule own activities to meet target
? Plan and execute the marketing promotion activities to ensure marketing strategy in retail channel.
? Refer customer feedback and information on competitor activity to DSM/Marketing so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands.


Ideal Background (State the minimum and desirable education and experience level)

Education: College degree or above
Languages: Mandarin
Experience:
? More than 7 years sales experience within OTC/Retail industry
? KA and team management experience is preferred.
