职位描述
Job Description
1.Responsible for strategic development of business information system in order to cope with current and future business needs.
2.Work closely with Management & Operational teams to evaluate business information systems for providing innovative IT solutions and preparing requirement specification.
3.Work with business heads to identify system needs, analyze and assess impact of changes in business and provide advice on possible remedies.
4.Provide commercial advice to management on costing and profitability analysis of the system changes.
5.Liaise with systems development teams to resolve user problems for ensuring effective communication and better understanding between users and IT department.
6.Prepare user manual and conduct user training if necessary.
7.According to the company's development strategy, create company IT security policies, formulate and strategies, organize and implement overall IT infrastructure technology programs.
8.Responsible for the company's IT infrastructure (Data Center, network, security, etc.) daily operations management to ensure the security and availability of the IT platform.
Job Specification
1.Tertiary educated or above in IT related areas. Professional certification in PMP preferred.
2.10 years solid experience in project management with at least 5 years at managerial level.
3.Hands-on experience in Food Manufacturing and Production Control background in ERP system development and implementation(ideally Microsoft Navision or SAP).
4.Good command of both written & spoken English, Chinese.
5.Proficiency in using MS Office applications and ERP software.
6.Strong analytical, problem solving, negotiation and communication skills.
7.Detail oriented, accountable, flexible and independent.
8.Occasional business trip is required whenever necessary.
