Job Responsiblities:

1) Budget & Planning
a. Assist controller to coordinate budget process with business department for management review and data input.
b. Forecast the KPIs monthly as well as rolling forecast report.
2) Analysis & Reporting　
a. Response leaders' questions regarding to the management report with qualitative analysis.
b. Reconcile the variance between actual, budget, Rolling Forecast and Monthly Forecast.
c. Further analysis on the special topics per the leaders’ requests.
3) Cost Controlling & Risk Assessment
a. Assist controller to keep the financial result meet forecast reporting, and do analysis for its GAP;
b. Find the controlling risk for business process and optimize process to decrease the risk level;
c. Review long aging projects and push business to do data convertion or project cancellation;
d. Review the projects regular financial reports and follow up the issues.
e. Cooperate with team leader to manage the projects efficiently and reach the target margin.

Job Requirements:

1) 3+ year working experience
2) Bachelor degree or above
3) Fluent oral and written English
4) Computer Proficiency in MS Office software, especially excel, database administration and operation, SAP as a plus
5) Good communication skills
