Position Description:
JD of China GEO BT Biz Support Team Process Manager

1. Drive the strategy alignment between China GEO business and BT/IT organization, become the strong partner of China GEO business.
. Biz winter plan study and collaboration
. Biz executive mgmt. report and survey
. Biz transformation roadmap design

2. Continue to conduct the Key User Engagement plan, build the good environment to support the business transformation
. Key user engagement methodology study and typical case study
. Continue to update and clarify the key user list
. Implement the engagement activity (workshop, festival greeting, WeChat comm., key project celebration etc.)

3. Collaborate with BIZ PM/IT PM/Function BT/BG BT to manage the China GEO requirements, process and drive the value tracker
. Support the Global top down project deployment in China GEO (pre-study, biz communication etc.)
. Drive the biz requirement mgmt.. and biz case clarification
. Drive the biz process improvement via local project and drive the value tracker

4. Study the China GEO biz model and continue to break down the biz framework from biz perspective
. Biz model study plan design and conduct (Relationship Model / Transaction Model)
. Biz framework break down (X86, Cloud biz, B2C, O2O etc.)
. Biz model and framework communication (Biz/BT/IT)

5. Become the pioneer of innovation via internet transformation study
. Drive the social media tools and application study
. Support the WeChat explore
. Continue to deep dive consumer journal and O2O study

Position Requirements:
Capability Requirement
1. Good at English communication skill include listening, speak, read, write. Could join the Global conference call to do cross GEO discussion.
2. Good at logical thinking and independence research include topic design, information collection (industry best practice and benchmark), connect the biz practice and final the report.
3. Good at team work and communication (understanding 理解力, influence 影响力, affinity 亲和力)
