The main purpose of the position is develop, implement and ensure the operational support over the entire live cycle of the Call centre and Mobile field force solution of KONE in Remedy/Android/SAP projects. During the development phase the role will be to ensure that the technical aspects will fulfil the functional requirements and that the support model will be able to deliver the none functional requirements. During a project roll-out the role requires support of business gap analysis, customizing and set up of processes in the applications and heavy involvement in data migration activity. Once the solution is implemented the main responsibility will be to manage the operational support over the entire live cycle, this includes a close collaboration with the key users.

? Compile functional and technical specifications
? Develop solutions / applications or have them developed
? Document and test applications
? Roll applications out globally
? Assist in analyzing and harmonizing business processes within the roll-out
? Support applications according to our Service Level Agreements
? Assist in estimating project costs for new development requests
? The role will require excellent knowledge of manufacturing and material management processes.
? Ensure that KONE and department policies, procedures and processes are met. Gather best practices to share amongst the team and other units/teams.

Job Requirements:

? Bachelors degree
? 4-5 years work project roll-out experience, preferably working very closely with the business and operations teams.
At least 2-3 years software development experience.
? Excellent knowledge of SAP customer service processes and interfacing with Remedy Call center processes.
? Excellent communication skills, analytical skills are a big asset.
? Experience as a business user of SAP Customer service, Remedy call center is a requirement.
? Excellent English language skills
? Elevator and Escalator product knowledge
? Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into information technology specifications
? Good understanding of SAP R/3 ECC 6.0, Remedy 7.6, Sybase, Java/C-Sharp, Windows CE and Android technologies is a requirement.
? Interfacing technologies such as DXSI
? Web technologies
