Job Descriptions:

? Perform in line and finished good inspections as well as testing on glove products to ensure acceptable quality in areas such as material grade, tensile strength and leakage

? Working closely with suppliers, the Shanghai office, and the corporate office in the USA to communicate product changes, improvements, and trend data collected from inspections and manufacturing audits.

? Work with suppliers and the sourcing team on the development, selection, and specification details for raw materials such as rubber and PVC etc

? Ensure suppliers are clear on all our standards, processes and procedures as related to continence products.

? Draft and review product specifications and tolerances in addition to establishing performance parameters based on end user needs and expectations.

? Analyze and prepare technical reports

Qualifications:

? B.S. Degree in Engineering, Material Science or equivalent education

? 3+ years of experience on process control and quality control is required

? Ability to read and interpret product specifications and drawings

? Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication, problem solving, and organizational skills

?

? Professional attitude with a heightened sense of urgency to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.

? Ability to effectively recognize and suggest improvements for finished products, processes and documentation practices to suppliers, managers, and coworkers.

? Proficiency of PC skills: MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe and Email

? Able to handle special projects as directed by Managers

? Able to travel frequently

? Stationed in Shijiazhuang

? Excellent English speaking, reading and writing skills. (must be fluently bilingual in Mandarin and English)
