We are looking for a supplier quality management director with strong leadership and supplier quality management experience in mobile device industry.

Responsibilities
1. Develop supplier quality management strategy and system to meet business expectation
2. Manage and monitor supplier quality performance and drive continual improvement
3. Drive business transformation in supplier management
4. Project management office operation
5. Implement CSR, Environment certification over all suppliers

Position Requirements:
Work experience Requirements
 10year+ work experience with 5 year+ people manager role in mobile device industry
 Rich experience in supplier quality management field
 Technical/Engineering (Tooling, Mechanical, SMT or components) background requested.
 Multi Projects management experience requested
 oversea work experience preferred
 Brand Company experience preferred

Capability requirements:
 Fluent English
 Excellent communication and coordination skills
 Strong execution ability

 Excellent Learning capability
