Position Description:
1. Develop parts team by function R&R and KPIs (SLA KPI and Cost KPI)
2. Establish Parts team BMS and interna/external reporting mechanism,
3. Streamline and document parts key control process, manage E2E parts process to achieve parts PAL and cost performance target
4. Analyze parts operational reports and constantly seek for opportunity to drive improvement
5. Manage and optimize communication between Parts team and Geo team


Position Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, global supply chain management or finance major preferred
2. Minimum of 5 years mobile phone or PC service parts operations management experience
3. Sound knowledge in service parts supply management process including parts planning, inventory management, forward and reverse logistic management, parts return process, parts order transaction process, parts cost management, etc
4. Familiar with parts operation management BMS including KPI and reporting, able to properly track parts delivery performance and vendor performance
5. Well-developed communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
6. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English/Mandarin, oversea or multi-international company work experience is a plus
7. Intermediate to advanced skills in the use of Excel and PowerPoint.
8. High level of motivation/self-starter, ability work independently as well as collaborate in team
