Position Description:
Leading team to managing and tracking Service Readiness plan that takes into account all the Service requirements, milestones and deliverables associated with new hardware/software/service product releases.
Bridge GEO operational team and service team in terms of services readiness and preparation. Set up management system to improve communication efficiency and develop good relationship with GEO operational team.
Work with Mobile Services team for submit Service Group requirements into product teams and accomplish Service Readiness for each and every product and executing on the Service Readiness plan.

Position Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
4+ years working experience in industry;
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Computer Science, Technical or Business discipline, Engineering preferred;
Languages: Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Preferred Qualifications:
Great oral and written communication skills are crucial; Contact center/Field service experience Experience with Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques; Ability to think and act both strategically and tactically; Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results in a cross functional environment; Bias for action and ability to juggle multiple projects.

Skill Sets:
Be sensitive on new technology trend and service innovation opportunity; Good project management capability and strong driving force; Good communication skill; Rich knowledge of PC/Mobile Internet technology and Svc delivery process; Expert in IOD process, and have clear understanding of R&R for other ODT functions; Solid finance knowledge.
