Position Description:
1、Analyze Customer feedback and improve customer self-service rosolution rate via designing and developing Lenovo web service solution which includes hints/tips/video/troubleshooting etc.
2、Standardize solution development standard and process
3、Cooperate and coordinate with RD and vendor to ensure all solution delivery on time
4、Build up BMS communication with GEO to improve solution quality

Position Requirements:
1、Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience.
2、Prior knowledge of Smartphone/ Tablet/Web solution design/HTML5 development
3、3 Years of mobile product support experience or related work experience.
4、Communicate effectively with team members, customers and extended teams to ensure good team work.
5、Good English skills, both oral and written. CET6 or equivalent is a plus
