Position Description:
• Business process design on service parts planning, procurement, replenishment, inventory management, warehouse, logistics, return, repair and redemption.
• Service parts WW hub operation process design through all supply chain procedure
• Service parts Planning and inventory control design, including stocking network and stocking strategy
• Service parts supply chain and planning operation within country level, including Country DC, Depot and FSL
• Maintains administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a well-organized team structure with clear role and responsibility identified
• Developing a competitive, multi-language, multi-culture and dynamic working environment for personal growth opportunities and seamless communication/collaboration within team
• Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures for team members in China and US
• Manage ongoing communication channel for business parts in China and US to proactively identify business issues and improvement opportunities
• Leads and direct team to develop business strategy study to enhance customer service experience and reduce service fulfillment cost; Lead team to develop business strategy study to increase service parts fulfillment availability and reduce service parts operation cost
• Collaborate and lead the end to end business solution design cross different business functional units and different geography; Drive business transformation and business deploy cross different business functional units and different geography


Position Requirements:
Bachelor or Master degree in mathematics, Computer science or supply chain management
• Influent English communication is required as mandatory communication skill and influent Mandarin communication skill is strongly preferred for a multi-language environment and multi-culture team structure
• At least 8 years of customer service and service parts management related business experience is mandatory: proficient in manufacturing industrial customer service process design, external vendor fulfillment and KPI management; proficient in service parts management business solution design, including planning, replenishment, logistics, warehouse, inventory, defective return, redemption, repair and etc.
• At least 4 years of people management and project management experience is mandatory: familiar with multi-language and multi-culture management technique, capable to manage a team of with more than 20 members, proficient in PMP techniques
