Position Description:
Telecom Advisory engineer owns the pipe of International and Domestic telecoms operator who provides fixed phone, mobile phone, internet, MPLS, DPLC, Audio and video conference, etc. The position will work closely to the internal/external service provider with service design, transition and operation according to business requriements in the world wide region, ensure service quality, risk control and cost reduction.
The successful candidate's responsibilities will include:
1) Responsible for telecom and network service architecture and roadmap design and service transition
2) Analyze telecom and network service data, find cost reduction solution
3) Keep chasing advanced telecom and network techniques in industry
4) Introduce right cloud based telecom service from telecom operators to realize cost saving and enhance efficiency
5) Major project engagement, providing technical leadership in the execution of implementation
6) Consult with customer for business requirement analysis and voice solution development

Position Requirements:
1)Rich work experience in or with International Telecoms operators 2)Familiar with all network or telecom services provided by International and Domestic telecoms operators, such as fixed phone, mobile phone, internet, MPLS, DPLC, Audio and video conference, etc. 3)Familiar with TDM,VOIP,H.323 and SIP, DHCP,DNS,LAN/WAN QOS, Mobility, Toll-Free Number design for call center, etc. 4)Good at oral and written english skill 5)Excellent presentation skill and communication skill 6)Good at data analysis
